Academic Council
The Scientific Council of LLP NPP Antigen is an advisory, collegial, and coordinating body of the organization in the field of research activities, aimed at the development and practical implementation of scientific, scientific-technical, and innovative work. It also reviews and nominates candidates for the award of academic degrees and the conferment of academic titles in accordance with the established procedures. The Scientific Council considers issues related to the planning, organization, implementation, and application of the results of research and experimental design work (R&D), as well as matters concerning the training of scientific and academic personnel and professional development.
The purpose of establishing the Academic Council
- To enhance the effectiveness of research activities carried out by the organization’s researchers, master’s students, and applicants.
Main tasks of the Academic Council
The activities of the Academic Council are aimed at addressing the following tasks:
- Determining перспективы the development of scientific fields and coordinating the activities of research units in implementing comprehensive research and experimental design work (R&D), grant-funded and innovation projects and programs;
- Reviewing and evaluating reports on research and experimental design work, grant-funded and innovation projects and programs;
- Reviewing and nominating candidates for the award of academic degrees and the conferment of academic titles in accordance with established procedures;
- Promoting the development of international cooperation in scientific, scientific-technical, and innovative development;
- Developing and approving recommendations for the nomination of scientific works presented in the form of monographs and scientific publications for publication in both national and international scientific journals;
- Considering issues of cooperation with research, design and engineering, technological organizations, universities, and industrial enterprises for the joint solution of key scientific and technical problems;
- Reviewing reports on scientific business trips, internships, and participation in international conferences;
- Reviewing annual reports on the research activities of master’s students, doctoral students, and postgraduate researchers;
- Participating in the development and approval of dissertation research topics (research projects) of master’s students, doctoral students, and postgraduate researchers.
