Composition: Principle of CFTis based on the ability of trypanosomal antigen to interact with the complement-binding antibodies of the blood serum of patients with equine equine disease.

• Triposomal antigen (titer not lower than 1:40)- 1.0 ml - 6 vials.
• Serum positive -1.0 ml - 2 vials;
• Negative serum - 1.0 ml - 2 vials.

Indication: Used for serological diagnosis of dourine disease of horses in the reaction of complement fixation test (CFT).
