Kit for the serological diagnosis of Trypanosome evansi infections (including surra) in camels, horses, cattle, donkeys, mules, lamas, buffaloes, pigs, sheep, goats, dogs and cats.

Composition:

• Triposomal antigen is a suspension of lyophilized ultrasonic lysate trypanosome (titer not lower than 1:40 )- 1.0 ml - 6 vials.
• Serum positive- blood serum of horse producers hyper-immunized with trypanosomes of the species Trypanosoma evansi -1.0 ml - 2 vials;
• Negative serum- blood serum of a healthy horse - 1.0 ml - 2 vials.

Indication: Used for serological diagnosis of Trypanosome evansi infections (including surra) in camels, horses, cattle, donkeys, mules, lamas, buffaloes, pigs, sheep, goats, dogs and cats in reaction of complement fixation test (CFT) or in the long-term complement fixation test (LCFT).

Storage conditions: Store at a temperature of 2 ° C to 8 ° C in a dark place. Do not freeze.
